(Il Giornale) - La commemorazione di Luigi Spaventa alla Bocconi, venerdì scorso, meriterebbe l'Oscar a chi l'ha sparata più grossa. Da Mario Draghi, Presidente della Banca Centrale Europea, che ha avuto la faccia tosta di sostenere che “l'Italia è il Paese che ha più guadagnato dall'euro”, quando qualsiasi massaia sa bene che fino al 2001 con 1,5 milioni di lire una famiglia viveva dignitosamente mentre l'equivalente in euro ci ha condannato alla povertà. A Ignazio Visco, Governatore della Banca d'Italia, che ha reiterato la bugia auto-colpevolizzante della “anomalia italiana che parte dall'evasione”, un'offesa agli italiani costretti a indebitarsi e agli imprenditori che finiscono per suicidarsi perché impossibilitati a pagare le tasse più elevate al mondo. Fino a Giorgio Napolitano, il Capo dello Stato, che ha avuto l'ardire di denunciare che “oggi gli scontri politici, diversamente che in passato, producono smarrimento di ogni nozione di confronto civile e di ogni costume di rispetto istituzionale e personale”, quando è proprio lui ad aver stravolto la Costituzione facendosi beffe delle istituzioni e umiliando i leader politici, per imporre di fatto una Repubblica presidenziale auto-attribuendosi il potere esecutivo proprio del capo del Governo, commissariando il Parlamento e sospendendo la democrazia sostanziale.
Ma quando mai si è visto che un giorno sì e l'altro pure dal Quirinale salgono e scendono ininterrottamente i capi del governo, dei partiti della coalizione e quelli dell'opposizione, i presidenti della Camera e del Senato, singoli ministri, rappresentanti degli imprenditori e dei lavoratori, convocati in quattro e quattr'otto da un Napolitano ansioso di ordinare più che di ascoltare, mobilitando ogni santo giorno le televisioni e i giornali sempre proni ad assecondare la sua ferma convinzione di essere il Salvatore della Patria che ha il monopolio della verità, a cui la Storia ha attribuito un ruolo insostituibile al punto da non essere riusciti a trovare un successore, depositario di poteri assoluti che lo legittimano a intervenire su tutto e a imporsi su tutti?
Ebbene è arrivato il momento di chiarire che Napolitano non è stato in alcun modo scelto dagli italiani, è stato invece designato da un Parlamento di designati, non essendo stati i parlamentari eletti in assenza del voto di preferenza. Personalmente sono favorevole alla Repubblica presidenziale, così come sono favorevole a un capo dello Stato che incarni il potere esecutivo così come avviene negli Stati Uniti; ma non è certamente questo il caso né dell'Italia che secondo la Costituzione è una Repubblica parlamentare, né di Napolitano che dovrebbe limitarsi a “rappresentare l'unità nazionale” e non sostituirsi e prevaricare le istituzioni.
Sarà la Storia a giudicare Napolitano per l'arbitrio con cui nel novembre 2011 costrinse Silvio Berlusconi a dimettersi dalla guida del Governo anche in assenza di un voto di sfiducia da parte del Parlamento, con la complicità dei poteri finanziari che manipolando la borsa provocarono l'innalzamento dello spread e la caduta dei titoli della Fininvest e di Mediaset, della Trojka (Banca Centrale Europea, Commissione Europea, Fondo Monetario Internazionale) che promulgarono un ultimatum inaccettabile pena l'implosione del fronte interno, nonché della Sinistra, della Magistratura e di un fronte incredibilmente coeso di un sistema dell'informazione asservito ai poteri forti della finanza e della grande imprenditoria. Contemporaneamente, in barba al rispetto delle istituzioni, Napolitano impose dall'alto a capo del Governo Mario Monti, uomo di fiducia della Goldman Sachs, Moody's, Gruppo Bilderberg e Commissione Trilaterale, caldeggiato dalla Banca Centrale Europea e dalla Commissione Europea, graditissimo alla Merkel e a Sarkozy. Napolitano diede il colpo di grazia a quel 20% di sovranità legislativa che ci ci resta in quest'Europa che ci impone l'80% delle nostre leggi, limitando il ruolo del Parlamento ad avallare le decisioni prese altrove da Monti e il trio ABC (Alfano, Bersani, Casini), così come svuotò i partiti di ogni residua valenza identitaria e ideologica costringendoli a condividere la strategia di un governo la cui missione era svendere del tutto l'Italia e impoverire il più possibile gli italiani. Il risultato è che Napolitano ha di fatto sospeso la democrazia sostanziale e opera come un monarca assoluto.
Quando gli italiani si saranno liberati dal lavaggio di cervello che ci vorrebbe far credere che sarebbero irreversibili la schiavitù dell'euro che ci ha ridotto in povertà, la dittatura della speculazione finanziaria e dello strapotere delle banche che condanna a morte le imprese, la dittatura del relativismo che distrugge il nostro essere persona con valori inalienabili, famiglia e società naturale, uno Stato che legittimamente salvaguarda il bene comune dei propri cittadini, allora scopriremo che i Napolitano, Draghi, Visco, Ciampi, Prodi, Amato, D'Alema, Monti e Letta hanno tradito anteponendo l'euro agli italiani, le banche alle imprese, i mercati all'Italia, lo spread ai valori, la speculazione al bene comune.

From a Guarantor to a monarch. So King George has upset the Constitution

To Giorgio Napolitano, the Head of State, who had the audacity to claim that "today the political confrontation, unlike past, producing loss of any notion of civility and loss of each tradition of institutional and personal respect", while is he who twisted the Constitution, mocking the institutions and humiliating politicals leaders to impose, de facto, a presidential republic, self-attributing the executive that is a Head of Government’s own power, putting under a commissioner the Parliament and suspending substantial democracy.
But when have we ever seen that, every day, in the Quirinale, go up and down continuously the Heads of government, the leaders of the coalition parties and the leaders of opposition parties, the Chairmens of the Camera and Senato, Ministers, representatives of employers and workers, convened quickly by Napolitano, anxious to order more than to listen, mobilizing, every single day, television stations and newspapers which are always prone to indulge his firm conviction that he is the Savior of the Fatherland, who has a monopoly on truth, to which History assigned an role so irreplaceable as is impossible to find a successor, the repository of absolute power that legitimize him to intervene on the whole and impose himself on everyone?
Well, the time has come to clarify that Napolitano was not, in any way, chosen by the Italians, he was instead appointed by a appointed Parliament, because the parliamentarians were not elected in the absence of preferential voting. Personally I support the Presidential republic, as I support a Head of State who embodies the executive power like so as it happens in the United States, but certainly this is not the case of Italy that, in accordance with the Constitution, is a parliamentary republic, and is not the case of Napolitano who should confine itself to "represent national unity" and not replace and override the institutions.
History will be the judge for the arbitrariness with which Napolitano, in November 2011, forced Silvio Berlusconi to resign from Head of the Government even in the absence of a Parliament vote of no confidence, with the complicity of the financial powers that, manipulating the stock market, caused the rise of the spread and the fall of the securities of Fininvest and Mediaset, with the complicity of the Troika (European Central Bank, European Commission, International Monetary Fund), which promulgated an unacceptable ultimatum; the worth would have been the implosion of the domestic front and also of Sinistra, of the Judiciary and the impolsion of a incredibly cohesive front of an information system, submitted to the powers of finance and to the big business. At the same time, in contempt of the respect for the institutions, Napolitano imposed from above at the Head of the government, Mario Monti, man of the Goldman Sachs, Moody's, the Bilderberg Group and the Trilateral Commission, advocated by the European Central Bank and the European Commission, and very welcome to Merkel Sarkozy. Napolitano dealt the final blow to the 20% of legislative sovereignty that we have left in this Europe which requires us 80% of our laws, limiting the Parliament’s role to endorse the decisions taken elsewhere by Monti and by the trio ABC (Alfano, Bersani, Casini). As well as Napolitano emptied the parties of any remaining valence and ideological identity by forcing them to share the strategy of a government whose mission was to sell off all of Italy and impoverish Italians as much as possible. The result is that Napolitano has effectively suspended the real democracy and operates as an absolute monarch.
When Italians will be released from the brainwashing that would have us believe that would be irreversible the euro slavery, that has reduced poverty, the dictatorship of financial speculation and the excessive power of the banks, that sentence to death businesses, the dictatorship of the relativism that destroys our being a person with inalienable values, our being family and natural society, a State that legally protects the common good of its citizens, then we will discover that Napolitano, Draghi, Visco, Ciampi, Prodi, Amato, D'Alema, Monti and Letta, betrayed putting the euro before the Italians, the banks before the businesses, the markets before Italy, the spread before the values, the speculation before the common good .
